Yeah great part about a landy. In the event of a crash you can still get to work

Golfs worth bugger all and the guy seemed decent so hopefully no injury claim. Was sub 10mph at keast

Bit of a **** day.

All down to one asshat in an IQ that thinks hes driving a bus. Decided to slam on the brakes down a wide country lane.

Caused the guy in front of me to brake hard and swerve, i was already braking attempted to steer out of the way and off course hit ice, slid and wrote of a golf.

Ill add more info once the claims settled.

Not a scratch on the 110 though.

Ooops

Brown trouser moments are never the best.

Hope you don't get stitched up, you got a dashcam?

Yeah got a cam but insurance have said as the lead car wasnt directly involved in the accident somehow its still my fault.

Get advice on that, it seems as if they're trying it on ....

I wouldn’t be so sure. I would argue with your insurance.

A few years back, driving down the A68, some jumped up cock in a white ford van stopped dead in the middle of the road to have a go at some Honda 4x4 driver. I slammed on and the guy behind me ran into the back of me. I saw it coming and managed to get the car moving, so damage was minimal. I rang the police instantly and gave them the reg and description. They found the driver and cautioned him under some part of dangerous driving.

Fight your case, don’t roll over and take it.

For sure give them a call and explain, however I have been at both ends once it was accepted and the other time it wasent. Typical of insurnace these days not exact and an so open to abuse...

I range them soon as I got to work to report the accident. Explained the whole situation. They didnt want to blame me but seemed like they had to.

Evidence appropriates blame, they have none and will happily let your pocket book take the hit!

Fight harder, they are under no obligation to do anything but ask for video footage and written statements along with police reports before passing judgement.

Not their call old boy thats for a court to decide,

No joy on this one....

In other news had an odd moment on the way back from work today.

Pulled up at the lights in Peckham, then saw some dodgy looking bloke come right up to the passenger window and started yelling. o_Oo_O First thought is - this place is a dive i hate peckham - Ready to floor it incase he tries something. Little scared i must admit

Turns out he was just shouting about how much he loved my 110 :D:D

"Best one on the road mate. Fu ckjng pukka"

Breath of relief i must say!

Been getting quite a lot of attention past few days working in and around Central, nice ego boost :p
