Absolutely brilliant thread, this disco is the cleanest I've seen in ages and mines clean. Keep up the good work it looks the nuts mate

I could cope with your disco being so nice, but having a trailer with bigger tyres than mine is just rubbing it in! :jaw::eek:

I still can't get over the reversing light in the spare wheel.

What a superb example of a modded Disco. :)

Very clean motor and I really like the trailer.

Snowy pictures at the little chef bring back memories for me. I used to live in Nottingham and worked in Farnham so I travelled south every Tuesday morning and went home every Thursday night. That little chef and the one opposite were my regular breakfast (south bound) and dinner (north bound) stops.

Nice looking motor, love the subtle mods.

With regard to your exhaust, did you remove the rear silencer completely for the side exhaust and just run on the centre one? As I am interested in doing this.

StuRox, remove ALL the silencers, it ain't that noisy, in fact mine sounds great.

I'm with GIB8686, needs to get sodding muddy or what's the point lol come on with the recent forecast, I'm looking forward to some great photos of it axle deep in snow, dirt and mud

I did have a straight through centre pipe, but it didn't sound right, so I put back on the silencer - will try it without the rear one on, and go from there ;)

Well, sorry to upset you Phil, since the photo was taken, the 265/70/17s have been taken off the trailer and it now wears 315/70/17s like the Disco. Only need one spare when travelling. :):)

Bring the camera you can copy it it March. The toughest bit was finding a light that fitted the hole and worked/fitted with the underside of the mounting plate.

If we are talking about the same Little Chef, the Southbound one is long gone. :(

The side exit exhaust starts at post # 35.

I ditched the rear silencer and the noise level is fine. I also ditched the centre box a while later but it was (in my opinion) far too loud so the centre box went back on. I swapped it for a Cherry Bomb centre box a few months ago but that info is for a later post.

Love the details in this build.
I hope to steal your reverse camera build for mine when I get it running properly.
