Really inspiring thread and have you have some real ingenious modifications.....

Makes me want to purchase a welder and make some stuff myself - anyone know where I can purchase some skill, some knowledge and some patience?

Thank you very much. :D:D

Skill, knowledge and patience? What this thread doesn't show is the amount of cock ups, hissy fits, bad moods and tools thrown.:eek:

Ditto, so i can get my rotbox of a disco looking even 10% as good as this, green hornet or Mr Noisey's.

Fun in the snow - early 2010.

Latest addition; roof bars and lights (to match light on rear wheel holder).

OMG it got dirty lol.......

Like the Matt black bonnet. Nice change to the usual black chequer plate, although I will have to go down that route as I need to walk on the bonnet sometimes.

Mines got the black chequer plate on the bonnet but only cos I saw it going cheap on eblag when I was looking for the tailgate panel, which I ended up making out of plywood instead.

Nice jacket rob, tbh you look younger than I expected!! :D

Does the black bonnet make any difference to bonnet glare?

Mines very Matt green already of course. Could be a nice cheap mod for me, the hardey part for me now is keeping myself busy without spending money on the car, lol :D

It does make "some" difference. It probably wouldn't make much difference for you, unless like me, you just want to do it anyway. :)

Yeah, but it's clean dirt. :D

Only the cleanest dirt for me!

Matt black bonnet is the only way to go with roof lights. Unless you have glare guards fitted to the lights themselves

I've got some Rigid Industries led lights waiting to be be fitted to the roof light bar.
The lens on these is set a decent way back from the frame, so hoping that eliminates a lot of the light pollution normally associated with a light bar. :)

iv got matt black bonnett in the "centre" part but still lmainly lights the cab up lol

what and where are them led ones from i likes them i do

They are cool looking lights. I'm looking for some as I wouldn't mind a light bar and want LEDs. Are there any similar to this that are still strong?
