MOT yesterday at 107,248 miles.
The advert has no punctuation so is it "petrol supercharger" (not it's not) or "supercharger finished" (yes it is, sort of).....?

Am I missing something here?
I put the reg no. SE53NAG into the MOT checker and it shows that it failed yesterday and at present the vehicle doesn't have a valid MOT

Salesmen and trust are not natural bed fellows.

You did the right thing Andy, you came here, asked a question, and received guidance..... we were ALL there once!;)

He duz say its supercharged in the description
THIS IS JUST IN PART EXCHANGE AND A VERY GOOD LOOKING RANGE ROVER PETROL SUPERCHARGER FINISHED IN BLACK WITH CREAM LEATHER GOOD
And as for a part exchange.... he has like 6 of them on the forecourt. I would say its a company car, they sold as a lot

It was in fact a 2004 4.4 Vogue badged as a supercharger. I now know that SC's only appeared in 2006. Who would have thought that you couldn't trust a used car salesman? Thanks for clearing the waters for me.

You're not being duped: they don't actually say it is supercharged. Which it isn't.
Failed its MOT yesterday too.
Still a nice looking car and probably a better bet than an SC in my mind. Pretty low mileage.
4.2 SC with 400 ponies under the bonnet is a fantastic vehicle all round and goes like a cat with scolded b******s
