Thanks for all the replies. I am in Oxford with no off street parking so have to rely on jump pack. Where is the trailer socket as I have a solar panel? I have used it each day and no problem.
Hey mate, so I seem to have alleviated the overheating issue by modifying the compressor exhaust (thanks YouTube) but it’s still “lifting slowly” and although the back goes up and down happily, not a lot of movement (some) from the front.. but...
Although I agree it's unlikely to be the IACV, worth checking & cleaning anyway.
Are all the LPG hose secure on the manifold ? Prob worth cleaning the throttle body & checking for leaks there as well.
I find these videos interesting. Even though they are all basically the same the S1 has strengths as does the 90. Interesting to see the S2 ground out on the waterfall on the diff crossmember and tow ball where the others didn’t.
Very easy.
Buy a fuse piggy back + an inline fuse.
Wire the piggy back into a switch with an inline fuse.
Push switch it cuts off power to the fuse and TC/ABS is off. However it will turn off ABS as well so not for road use.
Turn it back on...
The Blaupunkt one is 400€ or £450 from a UK seller !!
I put one of these in my Blue P38. And yes changed the backlighting to green !! Sounds good, and because the speaker outs are floating (effectively balanced), it worked out of the box...

Sorry, I return after one month on this thread, I drive the car in "Italian style" (yes, I'm really Italian!, only my normal style of drive is relaxed, so I take for this month a more sprint drive mode), and I have added for 2 consecutive time an...

My Toyota has one...
At least it’ll come back.
My daughter ‘borrowed’ my F1 when I got my F2 and it never came back. She is now the proud owner of it… uses it as her daily. Of course, she paid for it - not!
Can't seem to open the link.

Thank you everybody who took the trouble to respond.
As always Landy Zone members were enormously helpful and enabled me to finish the job. Looking at the various stages of solving the problems I probably knew some of the answers but didn’t...
Thanks.
I have chucked stuff into the tanks of all my vehicles that are lying idle. Not in the country so I cannot check the bottle out.
Is that likely to have prevented it? I think it calls itself "fuel conditioner" blue stuff, as far as I remember.
It's basically the diesel tank equivalent of algae. Biological matter that grows in the diesel. The vehicle has been stood for nearly 4 years so without any agitation or fresh fuel its probably provided ideal growing conditions. It's not that...
Yeah, there was a whole in the piece between the windshield and the bonnet for an antenna for the after market radio. Quite likely the water is slowly dripping down the cable, the antenna is still but will have to go as well.
