After you have fitted the new cups and clipped everything back together, tap around the uj head with a hammer it will realese any assembly tension. Hopefully that's all you need to do. The old phased or none phased question 😜

Short journeys and lack of use... If it's stop start vehicle then an Agm battery is a must, also a slow jump start could be their jumper pack, bad earths and a few things. I would look into finding out if the battery management needs resetting...

Agreed, definitely worth a bit more testing in that area. Just wanted a sanity check that the fault wasn’t hiding somewhere else! I might just swap out the relay anyway – try and narrow it down to the wire.

Appreciate it but I don't think it needed fixing; height sensor gives data, pressure adjusts according to requirement. More pressure=more height.

Thanks thats two votes for a drive shaft, and it's entirely possible as swapping out the two control arms could have done that I guess as I was pushing and pulling on the wheel hub. Now two dumb questions... 1. If its come out how best to put it...
