Hi. I am looking to put together a list of things to check on my 300 TDI on a yearly basis. I have had her for around 1 year now and she has been a dream I use the old girl as my daily driver so need it working well all the time. I would appreciate some help for more experience people to put together a good list of things you guys think should be checked on a yearly basis, specifically on a 300tdi

As it is a daily driver a regular check/service at certain mileages is better. A good section of the Haynes manual is the regular 6k and 12k checks. There is also a yearly pre MOT section.

If you are really using it daily your yearly check needs to be 6 months when you change the oil.
Every week you should be checking oil level and coolant level.
Once a month jack up each wheel and check for any play and oil leaks.
Grease prop shafts.
As mentioned Haynes give a good list.
Don't buy cheapest filters and parts.

Old military standard mantra like many here avow Petrol or Diesel daily or weekly on signing out from the yard.
P. Petroleum
E. Electric
T. Tyres
R. Rubber
O. Oils
L. Lights
A good service will stand you in good stead as long as you maintain it regularly.

I’ll definitely have a look thank you. Yeah you are right probably is best to do mileage instead.
