P38A WTF!!

Moved the ba $tard to get into the garage the EAS went into hard fault,all lights on, no problem I thought, got the old laptop powered up, inserted the disc and got a message that it was the wrong volume of disc??? I've only ever had one disc and never had a problem before I'm lost with putors ,could it be that the driver needs updating ? I can't even get the grandson around at this time. May even try to get the Faultmate working if the weather keeps mild.

Yeah the driver needs updating he's a right old cranky barsteward !!!!! ha ha ha you got that right al so go get your carer to update you urgently . ( lovely girl she is xxxx) …..im crying laughing now ive read this .. you suppose to be self isolated my friend im self isolatled 2 weeks now driving me round bend !!!!! get the old faultmate out al that will sort it hopefully ,, ha ha ha cheers Mozz Wheres my cake ???? x

Wrong volume of disc is not a driver problem as far as I'm aware, it's a problem with the disc.

That'll teach you to go on holiday in the Canaries, Alan!
Sadly, sounds like it may be curtains for the laptop's Hard Disk Drive...hope ya backed it up mate!

I'll try another laptop tomorrow mate, should have never given my 2.5 VM Classic to my son.

After 3 days I'm really quite enjoying self-isolation. The only fly in the ointment is the constant banging on the door of the missus trying to get back in.

You too mate. Finally managed to get some food yesterday using click and collect, not our usual diet but at least we will not starve, no fresh veg anywhere and no bog rolls either.

We live in permanent self isolation, no near neighbours and plenty of space, visitors are rare so apart from the lack of food, no real difference.

Same here, altough our neighbors are complet hicks!! It may sound snobby and we are certainly far from it.. Red neck, hill billy... All comes to mind.

Our nearest neighbour is a farmer who breeds Parthenaise cattle, he won best in show at the Paris salon a few years back with a huge Bull called Uderzo, the lane was full of bloody reporters and TV people for a day. All our neighbours are clever friendly folk.

My Dutch friends have a neighour like that, a real asshole, he lives about 300 metres away but objects to everything they want to do.

That I understand, they mâle all kinds of noise, shout at each other, everyone beeps when they get their driveway entrance, because of their barking dogs. We can't bring our dogs outside in the front garden because of their dogs either... The mairie is effing useless... And even a satellite dish just above the fence in pleine vue !
Don't get me started... Honestly, the stuff I could write would get me arrested.... Anyhow, this sun is out and I'm going to collect carparts this afternoon and I'm free for an hour
