You’ll have to let us know how you get on, I did mine on me own (5’ 3”) and managed but it is heavy stuff! And remember fresh blades and a metal straight edge when cutting!

Thanks for tips, I’ll put some pics up. How’s yours looking now , I have overdrive and hand throttle on diesel makes a bit more awkward

Ohhh I took mine out, mine has a 19j fitted so they had bodged the accelator cable together and it looked a right mess, so I replaced with a proper 2.5td accelator cable and modified the pedal, atm I’m working on electrics more so indicators and hazards

Fitting the seatbox mat was hardest and not for the feint hearted, i thought it would be easier taking seatbox out, recent stainless screws helped but still took best part of a day to sort it, the bulkhead panel needed longer screws for the hand throttle but the floor mat went on quick, had to measure for the OD hole , and the accelerator stop bolt marked it self out!
The steel underseat covers and their latches is hard to sort and makes the mat sit up a bit although its under the seats. I may need to trim these steel covers to fit the mats better
the centre tool box I cut the mat all the way round but the outer two seats cut 3 sides with a rear hinge,
over all quite happy and although not had it too fast the noise reduction seems ok

Glue flash band on the inside of the doors, they act as sound boards and reflect the noise, you will not get the full benefit of what you have done without stopping the doors drumming. I then glued carpet over the top. I put the flashband horizonallty and lipped it over the frame so it would guide the water away from going between the frame and a skin.

definately an improvement, it does cost but if you cost it per month over 10 years and it stops you going deaf!
i drilled the holes in the may to suit the throttle i did have a bulkhead cover on it that had the throttle shape cut out and i didn't want to do that but it needed screws a bit longer than existing and the connection in the engine side was flexible so still works well

This is my solution: anti-fatigue mats. Advantages are that you can cut it to shape in bits and not having to juggle huge great slabs of rubber into position. It's cheap if you shop around. Cuts easily with a craft knife and glue into place with contact adhesive. Leave the floor section unglued.

whats the tap arrangement under the drivers seat? Fuel tanks?

Yes a tank under passenger seat, theres a switch for level sensor too , normally shows driver tank , press and hold to see pass tank level , and low level light will come on for either tank , it was in Landy when I got it , didn’t really use it much until big trip recently , but pass tank has leak , I’ve got some tank sealer to go in at some point
