theres enough of it there, and it looks pretty 'original' and un-messed with.
Even if its 95% rotten, its good start.
I'd start with a new galv'd chassis for it; start by hauling the axles off, and reconditioning them, bolt them to the new rails on new springs, and go from there.....
Be a long and expensive job, but worth it in the end.....

Are you kidding of course its worth having a go at bringing it back from the dead. I have just started rebuilding one that was in a worse state than that, as long as the bulkhead is sound around the vents you can get the door pillar and floor repair sections at a good price , if not there are still plenty of bulkheads and chassis out there if you look hard enough, maybe some unfinished project you could buy at a good price. but assuming that the running gear is sound it will still cost you in the region £2000 to nail it back together if you take your time and reuse most of the existing body panels

Thing is, I've been sat looking at it for so long I'd almost hate to see it go anywhere else than to me. You know when you just think to yourself "one day..."? That's where I've been for the last few years though! Still not done anything about it.
