worn vibation damper

refering to my post below,nothing is wrong with the function of the viscous coupling on my freelander,however it does have a loose (worn) vibration dmper,just looked at ashcrofts transmissions £75.00,anyone know if i could get a coppy part a bit cheaper also how bad of a job is it could i do it myself ?

I have a brand new ashcroft item - not even openend the box!!! Yours for 50 squid collect from wigan/burnley or post at cost. Easy DIY job to change it.

Hi nije,that sounds ok,acording to ashcrofts there are two diferent sizes,for the same year freelanders,what i will do is check my size and post you but this won't be untill monday,let me know if this is ok with you,i,am not to fafr away,over in blackpool.
