Had a very satisfying afternoon cutting the grass with my very elderly Ransome's gang mower. Anybody else use their landy as a tractor?
Here's how to tension sheep netting, when putting up a new fence.
aahh, that's quite deliberate.
The fence is around a plot of game cover. We put the wire upside down so that it's easier for the pheasants to walk through.
nuffink to do with the fact that one of us has spent time in new zealand!
I tow my horse and hay round in a trailer, I tie hay net to the roof bars - drive to the field - abanden the landy on the verg (nice tracks now!) to throw hay at the horses, sometime drive across the fields to get to the horses, oh and when the livery owner allows the muck heap to get too big and blocks off the lane to my stable block - I drive over that as well!!
Does that qualify for proprt use? Its dirtier the Hughesy's!!
ah got a pic when ah went tae look at the linkmakes a good read but no pics to back it up
