Thought it was time to sort out me steering box. Seeing as the classic goes where it wants to.
Only got 3 inches of play on the steering wheel, but I don't think the MOT blokey would like that. So stumped up (yet) more money and got another good box.
Now got the fun of fitting it.

Mine was quite easy the second time.....sourced a second hand one , put it on, set it all up, all groovy, got to the first traffic island and it got stuck....just wouldn't turn for a split second....went straight home, took it off, got my pennys back and went and got a recon unit.......just a tad scary.

How about I have your rangie with the fancey lights and lpg and you can have mine -and ill save the £800 for a box :hysterically_laughi

I wondered if you put those on, I got some new ones to fit in the original holes, thay are bloody good-better than my bmw.

Or right. Lamps in the bonnet pod are halo/spot lights. Not sure they are legal due to the blue halos but havent been stopped yet. Might get the main bulbs wired in one day too.
