Won't Start in Neutral

Hi folks

I just realised my RR ain't starting in neutral. Is this an inhibitor thing and how do I test it?

If it starts in P why do you need it to start in N? Did it used to start in N?

Maybe you need your foot on the brake when starting in N?

There is no requirement to apply the foot-brake on the Classic & as others have said you can always start in park, however it would be a good idea to check the problem out as the fault could eventually worsen & effect P as well. Sorry but I can't advise you how to rectify it yourself.

Try locating the inhibitor switch and spray with contact cleaner. If that doesn't work replace it. My third idea is go to the pub like I'm about to do.:beer2:
