Wobble on mirrors

I have a problem with my mirrors just fitted new mirrors and arms but they wobble.

It appears to be coming from the 90 degree joint on the arm but can’t see if there is away of tightening this joint up.

Lift off the plastic cap under which you will find an Allen screw. tighten that and Robert is your father's brother!

OSD Robert was my mothers brother. Does that still count? Or, will that plastic cap be on the top instead?

There is no adjustment on the arm, no Allen bolt
had both caps off, it appears that it may be the glass or the spring just really annoying.

I am going to stick the glass with a dob of sikaflex to see if that helps.

Brand new arms and heads should not have this issue surely

I'm a bit disappointed that uncle Bob has let us all down there

I'm confused as to which bit is loose now.

send the back as they are not fit for purpose, ive had to send 3 replacements back before before getting a useable part
