While doubling checking my oil yesterday, and taking a few photos at the same time, of the engine bay and some of it's parts i took this photo below.

When zooming in it looks like the wiring has burnt or a wire is sticking out and started to burn, need to investigate some more asap.

Any one know what the colour orange / orange-blue is for please.
 
Ok so today i found time to take a closer look at the wiring, and I'm glad and happy to say I was wrong and am a fool even thought it's not the 1st of April.

So crisis averted without any intervention to the wiring.

Decided to take a closer look and a few more photos.

With torch and camera in hand it looked to something else.

Got a soft paint brush into the tight area.

Then looked again and took another photo.

No mark or poking out wire.

What i thought was a burn mark and wire sticking out turned out to be this little monster below :lol:

Dead end from the conifer tree branch 🌿

There must be a moral here somewhere :roll:
