Wiper problem

I have a Defender 110 and the intermittent wiper and screen wash mode wiper does not work. Normal and fast mode work fine. Any answers to my problem?

A couple of things, get rid of your postcode in your location, keep it generic to a county or so.

Did the switch ever work? I had similar but I found the switch was fubarred, have you checked continuity on the switch?

Good plan...

Moved anorl, sorry I've no idea what screen wash wiper mode is and prolly wouldn't recognise it if I fell over it.

I have a Series and the wipers have 2 speeds.......slow and stop....no guarantees either will work.

Switch would be a good place to start looking

With those symptoms mine was a wiper park switch by the motor.....

Check the relay, both of those functions would be controlled by the wiper relay.......

It all worked fine until recently. Will check the switch. Thanks.
