Morning All,

one of the rods was broken some weeks ago. Had it fixed for a while fell off again. Have one ordered from Amazon and one off ebay and both are longer than the original one. Can that be used or would it give any trouble to the motor?

PS the short is the same length.

A few mm in length won't make any difference to operation. However you will need to reset the wiper arm on the spindle after fitting the replacement rod.

Thanks @Nodge68 and that would mean to reset it? What would I need to do

Just remove the wiper arm from the spindle, then refit it in the correct place on the screen, after connecting up the new linkage.
