Disco 2 Window switch removal?

Hopefully a real quick question. How do I remove the electric window switches from the centre console on my D2? Surely I don't have to remove the whole console do I? Don't wanna break anything, and can't see any obvious way to do it. Have googled it, but can only find how to remove the whole console. TIA. Nev

Disconnect battery.
Remove the top cover of the switch assembly being careful of the 4 pointy guides on the back of it.
Remove 4 screws.
Slightly pull out the whole assembly and push the bad switch backwards out the mount hole.
Unplug the electrical connections to the switch.

Thanks. My D2 has wooden trim, so the switch panel isn't separate, it's all one piece.
