Window stuck

Hi guys I know you have already given me the help and advice on this one but I just have a little more information that I failed to mention that might shed a little light on the subject, I forgot to mention that if I press the window button down from either the drivers door or the passenger door itself I can hear the mechanism in the door working going down but if I lift it up nothing no sound from the door itself but there is a clicking noise that sounds like it comes from front passenger side foot well or the glove box area does this help narrow the problem down at all? @Datatek @Saint.V8
How loud is the clicking mate? Are you sure it's not the window regulator, they make a noise if they're jumping a tooth or two.pulling the door card off will tell.

Hi no dosent sound like that kind of noise of it slipping, it's like a little electrical click like its attempting to work but dosent

They clicking is no doubt the relay.

The L322 uses a cable system unlike the P38 which was a scissor system that once worn would click loudly.

The L322 uses a smaller gear to drive a cable drum, they can slip, but the clicking is no wher enear as loud as the P38

I put my ear to the door panel while I press button down and it makes a click noise but it's already fully down and cant go no further so I then pull button up and theres no sound behind panel but just at front passenger seat area theres an electrical click.

I read this online someone had same problem and I'm wondering if you guys can confirm this is correct?

The rear windows are controlled by the BCU (under N/S front seat), and the relays you hear are in this unit. If the window goes down OK, but not up, it could be the anti-trap function not allowing the window to go up.

would this explain why I only hear a click near the front passenger seat and not the window itself when I hold the button up?

Update on window this is the message I got from my tool
