This is just an heads up to get people thinking about it. But I am thinking of organising a Wet & Wild greenlaning trip to Salisbury Plain. I have a route in mind that should take 2 full days, and I was thinking late Jan or early Feb. So the weather will probably be ****e, there'll be loads of water, or snow & ice on the lanes. & both days will be quite long.
Peeps would need decent tyres. and possibly a snorkel (will know more once I've recced the route a bit more.)
The plan would be for everyone to spend the Saturday night at the same B&B/hotel, on the Saturday night So we could get an early start on the sunday Morning. You'd have to be prepared to get very very muddy and expected to pitch in and help out if anyone gets stuck. (A very real possibility) Max number will be 10 vehicles in 2 groups of 5. So if it sounds like an ideal way to spend a wet cold weekend sometime in the new year then PM me with your name & numbers of passenger.
