I have never been to this. I have a tent etc but I don't have a Landy............until two weeks time. I'm been a camper all my life from a boy. However I can't help but feel a little of an outsider, made a little worse by the fact my Landy will be new. Is it worth the missus and I giving it a go?

OK, I'll be giving a go. It's very local so easy to do. I presume tents are a yes, no power etc so its light by gas light?

Some of us know each other.....from other meets, landy trips , laning trips etc but there's still people I haven't met and am looking forward to seeing and each time I go places there are new acquaintances to be made .Some of whom last a lifetime
We're going to have badges so people can work out who is who and we'll have a blackboard with all the times of activities that are taking place.
I promise you that you'll be made welcome and you'll enjoy yourselves.
I've never been to one if these events but wish to go and be able to meet the people I've been chatting to on the forum for the last 5 years
am really looking forward to it
It will be my first LZ too... And my landy is only 5 months old... So he will be going laning for the first time... Doesn't matter if your landy is a week old or 30 years old! Come along!
