All the people that are still making money as the world is falling apart.
 
l think the vehicle is targeted at people to whom money is not a concern, and buy things BECAUSE they are offensively expensive.
The kind of people who might own a house like this.

I never understand why people with e that kind of money, why they would buy a house with neighbours?
