What mods have you got mate?
Nothing too major bud, I've had it remapped for extra torque low down the rev range for towing which is brilliant, straight through exhaust which does little for bhp, but allows the turbo to spool up much faster and really does increase torque low down I can pull 25mph in 5th with a trailer load of logs on the road! (I've drilled out the studs on the original centre box so I sometimes put that back on with a couple of stainless bolts and nuts if doing long distances as it can be very 'drony'), also blanked the egr off at the exhaust manifold end with a sliver of ally, so will go through mot because its all still there but just not allowing warm gases into the inlet, and a new standard IC as the old one was leaking and very ragged around the edges, I couldn't afford a full size one at the time, but looking to fit one in the near future! Although not a mod, I overhauled both axles and replaced discs, calipers and pads all round, and I always make sure the handbrake is just on with the last two clicks as that way I know I'm not losing any gains through binding brakes or anything! I also replace the (standard) air filter every 2500 miles and this makes a big difference on overall economy and is inexpensive! I could do more but as I use it everyday I need reliability first and foremost, and she does the job I need her to very well!
