remove egr fit stright frew exhust and keep intercooler clean . a
youve got yerself a good economical vehicle thatle pull up hills . tow any weight your likely to need and very reliable and easily serviced .

why do you think its the choice of various armys ?

Pos If you can get 28mpg out of a n/a traccta your a fooking miracle worker. try 25mpg max!!

Nope it's the almost the same engine. they only changed it to keep up with changes to emissions rules.

people thinks its differnt cos when they open the enjin bay there is a plastic cover . but if thats a sfar as yer landy nolegde goes then which enjin you have is the least of yer problems.

Lol, I know that it has a huge cover. The engine was standardised though, with the same 300 tdi engine being used for both the disco and the defender, where as the 200 tdi came in two different variations, one for the disco and one for the defender.

I'm sure that I've read that the 300 tdi was a heavier engine which didn't run as quick as the 200 tdi. Obviously not!
