have you lost all power or just wont start, if you have igntn lights etc try the earth from engine to chassis, also check the brown wire from starter back to dash is intact, bit of an odd system as the main power is picked up from starter motor connection to feed rest of vehicle, wouldnt be a landrover if it was simple, but early 90s are about as simple as it gets :)

Got no power at all no lights, no dash lights, radio, horn, literaly nothing as if the battery aint connected but checked everything.

Don't forget your earths. A quick cheat is to connect a jump lead (as in jump start) from the earth post on the battery to somewhere on the engine.

The electric gremlins must be out I have seen a few threads in the few days for similar problems, and I have these issues myself!

There are no underbonnet fuses on your year (same as mine)

Best check your earths and connections in the fuse box if you have been playing around here I had been playing with mine today and things stopped working but after poking around a bit more it was ok again, I'm going to change mine to the blade type fuse box and be done with it, it has caused me loads of problems.

I'm near chilcompton/radstock.

I'm on nights this week so am about during the day times from about mid afternoon on. I've just got my fuel tank down to vapour for changing the seal so don't want to put any fuel in until I have sorted it. Hopefully I should get it done mon or tues so can get down after then.

Pm me your number just in case I get down there while I'm working nights

If Ratty cant make it down, I'm not much further away.

And can pop down on weekend Not saying I'm an expert but I'm pretty handy with a multimeter and an extra pair of hands is sometime all you need.
