Where do these wires go.

Ive just finished dropping a different lump into my 300tdi EDC discovery and have found I have some floating wires left and I am trying to work out where they go. When someone points them out I will probably feel like a prat but there you are.

Second issue is that I may have tried to start her not realising i'd missed some wires and this caused her to not recognise her keys and immobilise. So what is the procedure to get the ECU to recognise the keys again? Currently ignition turns on but if you try and start all you get is a click and red car with a key symbol

i think the first is the earth wire fitted at front of fuse box mount.

anyone know how to get her to recognise her keys as currently she don't want to know and I really would like to see if this engine replacement was worth the effort

With my 96 defender (300) with a twin button remote I think you press the disarm button 4 or 5 times to resync after a fob battery change but cant remember if that is with ignition on or off.
