Wheel rubbing

Hi there first Landy question I’ve had a defender 90 1989 done up for me the mech said it was leaning low at the back left he changed springs and shocks haven spoken to LR and being informed of the correct ones

now the back left Plastic arch I’d tubing when I hit a bump he says it’s the right springs I think the car has had a lift kit out in it which he didn’t explain to Lr
the springs he took of were slightly different sizes and the back left is still a tad lower I dint see the springs he put in

question what’s going on is he taking nonsense am I right is going up and kicking the poo out of him

What size tyres and is the lift kit still fitted? Not sure but think springs should have a coloured stripe on them can you see any.
