Even things like tyre pressure affect the harshness of ride, but low profile tyres on big rims are terrible for it.

As has every single topic of LR ownership so if we heed your advice the forum may as well be locked down and just used as a reference library for every model other than current models with new issues. I am quite sure every question you have ever asked was also answered by others before you asked but hey ho!
I am following this thread as I am interested in people who are currently doing it and any up to date advice and not advice that may have been given 6-20 years ago.

So from all the thousands of threads you have read and re-read, all the juicy morsels offered up by us miserable old cnuts, how much did you learn and better still, what else of interest on the topic do you bring to the table?
Are you actually going to change your wheel and tyre sizes for the sake of fact finding or just sit there making snide attempts to tell us that our information is out of date to you and therefore irrelevant?
Facts are facts, people's experiences when given as an account are true at the time of typing, if you think you know better then please get the plastic out and show me the pictures of your endeavor to find out what suits you and if you have better thoughts on the subject, make them known.
I doubt it, I mostly post talking points not so much questions of what can I fit nature, think the last one was asking about fitting roller bearings into the HVAC to rid me of the squealing 26yr old bronze bushings that are wore out, but in the middle of researching aux heating at the mo so it can wait, not sure what your point is but to pick a grievance with me, well beggar off an learn how the search functions work
