Its the heated rear screen relay. The black one along side is for indicators.

Did you edit the pic as I didnt see that square lines before ?? Hence im wrong..could be a voltage stabiliser or the likes pull it off & get a part number off it ive got a spare fuse box in the
garage I can look at it in the morning.
