What's the bestestest wiper blades to get?

Or shall I just stick with OEM's

Need some new-uns

In your pic you have an L322, is that what you are after wipers for??

I have done this recently and have a couple of tips. I wanted Bosch. However I soon found out that there isn't a single company who make after market wipers for the L322, so you have no choice appart from getting the RR ones from land rover. But make sure you get the winter ones as ther far better then the standard ones!

Hope this helps! However if it's not an L322 that you are looking for blades for then completely ignore everything I just said and get Bosch. :D:D

wots the worst that can happen if a cambelt goes - yu stop......

wots the worst that can happen if yu cant see in a rainstorm - yu stop(very suddenly in the back of a lorry:().

Given a choice I know which I'd chose to lose  Yer being daft :p Unless its obviously loose or worn yer about as likely to suffer STWF (Sudden Traumatic Wiper Failure) as you are to find Minty in yer bed tonight...........I int saying 'snot possible.....BUT

believe me - it happens a lot - mainly due to poor fitting or peeps trying to cut corners and only replace the rubbers on shagged blades.

oh - move over Mintz.:D

You've done it now :frusty:

Next insurance renewal call....''Any modifications?''.......''Do you fit your own wiperblades or have them done properly and safely by a government approved, bonded insured, manufacturer dealership in a dust free environment?''

''Well.......erm.....I just sorta pulled the old ones off and..........oh.........i didn't know............my premium?..........will it?..........How much?..............WHAT!!!!! FFS :eek::eek::eek:''

Soft Rubber ( Which your belts and Wipers are made out of ) only have a short life span, before they start to deteriate, Thats why soft rubber is advised to change often,

I change mine at least twice a year, Have used Bosch since ive been driving did try some RAINX ones but you cant get them easily enough or in enough sizes now,

Its not just your Wipers your fluid and use helps, I only use RAIN X mixed 1-1 which is good down to about -15 atleast sometimes go 1-2 in the summer, Always washing my screen even when driving in the rain to get rid of road dirt ,

I do change them yearly before winter but this is the first time that I bought the flat ones and haven't been impressed. The wife has them on her golf and they are great on that so I guess they might just be a poor make. Will get some Bosch ones next weekend

I think tbh they wont fair well on a flat screen they need the curve to help them sit better otherwise it will just be the end of the blades with the force but nowt in the middle. If you get a halfrauds trade card you can get a fair few £££ of bosch blades ;)

I have flat ones on my new Golf and they are brilliant. The ones I tried on a focus (aftermarket) were ****!

Can't beat the Bosch ones though ;)

It's the shape of the window. Our disco 3, audi and merc all came with them and they have been fine.

I use the full set Halfords sell for my Rover 75, replace them around Christmas each year, no worries and relatively cheap, about half the price of the Bosch ones :)
