Hi every one just wondering how feasible it is to have a capable disco that is also a family I don’t want to do an thing major in it would like to get in to green laning and see where that goes but still needs to be a family car for now what would people recommend I do to it and why and about would this cost cheers

been covered many times - but for simple green laning a standard disco is fine. Make sure it is well serviced, has drain plugs fitted and breather extensions. AT tyres would be my next step.
 
standard disco will do more than you want it to, if you can then remove the tow bar, side steps etc all the crap that tends to get bent or ripped off

I'd say keep the tow bar.
Extra bit of kit to keep your lannie from taking a clump and handy for recovering stuck vehicles...
