+1 all mine haveAny Stat I have bought came with a seal included.
NoYou haven't learned much in ten years on here have you.
And also a lot gooderer.OEM with the valve (fitted at 12oclock position) is best. You can go cheap and risk your engine if you want to but renew the seal either way.
If you shop about you will find a much better deal, island 4x4, paddockspares, eBay are just a few. If you look what JLR charges will make you feel betterer
We will learn him wellerer.
I got a £8 stat and drilled a 5mm hole in the same position the valve was located in the original - It’s only to let the air out on bleeding you can manage this without any hole but they can be problematic to burp.
Cheapo does have more chance of failing
For the extra £3.50 get the gooderer one
Wish i could speak proper like what you do. Three days without Wi-Fi and the grammar has gone to pot.We will learn him wellerer.

And a smidgen of nasal Scouse. You and the others have teached me proper English. My vocabulary is much bester but I may have developed a slight Preston twinge to my already superberer accent
