What spares do you carry?

This might sound daft, but when we/I go on longer trips (can't talk about them with the Land Rover yet) but we always take some of the emergency blankets things, tent, bbq, foam mats and sleeping bags as well as some food and water and waterproof fleece lines trousers. Has been really handy before when stuck up a mountain due to snow on a motorbike.
