what size of studs for exhaust manifolds

do i need for my 1981 3,5 V8 Range Rover? Lenght and diameter. I want to change the whole exhaust system, i think its better to have new ones befor the work beginns. I think its not easy to remove the 16 studs, may be one of you have some tips to do it.

5/16" UNF 1.5 inches long. https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-252623 Buy a stud extractor. A little heat and penetrating oil may help. Not a lot of heat most penetrating oil will burn.
 
Thank you very much for your help! Is not easy for me to find the right words for technical issues, as i have seen, on my manifolds are screws (Schrauben) not studs (Bolzen) But i think nuts and copper bolds (Muttern) is a better solution than screws.

I hope it will works without torn screws. I bought a complete stainless double S system, hope i have done the right thing.
