What size battery will I need?????

Hi all, about to buy a battery for my 2.5 n/a diesel, not sure what amp or cca to look for , any suggestions

bosh silver do a nice high cca and ah in halfords-can't remember size but if you measure battery tray width and length that's your limitation...get the highest rated that will fit

I think the doosels require 72aH, 590 CCA min but don't quote me on that as I own a petrol
cca (cold crank amps) is the number you want to look at really as this is what gives you your punch when starting her in winter

is it a stock vehicle or do you have aux lights and winches?

is battery in engine bay or under seat? (if under seat watch the height of the ones you buy)

it really does depend on how fat yet wallet is-I went for the best and biggest I could find.
