sorry im not quite at the stage of selling yet but im trying to get a rough figure, i thought its worth £1200-£2000 area ??

put £1200 in cash under the seat and it will be worth £2000 ish

that's assuming it's got a ful years tax and test with it

The way things are at the moment its getting hard to predict things tbh.
Mines tested til sept 2012 and taxed til March but I wouldn,t expect £1200 or anywhere near that and shes got a very very good chassis at that.
Bad time to sell anything as almost all are counting the pennies:(

Oh aye and I,ll throw ya a truck cab in too :p

and so you know the milage is 57,409 (the certificates back this up) (the clock has been round)
and is there anything i can to to increase its value ?? or anything ive missed?

Cobblers. This is the best time to be selling.

and also ive just seen another landy that looks similar to mine to me, and its just under £2000http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1979-LAND-ROVER-88-4-CYL-GREEN-SERIES-3-/190613315396?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item2c61705f44

oh its got an overdrive, forgot that its not standard, does have a radio and speakers that were taken out to make it look original again, but will also go with it, and 3/4 tank fuel

In all seriousness its worth around 1500-2200 and that's without seeing the pics, I just sold mine for 1650 the other week

This is the best time to sell it if you are considering it. As soon as winter is over prices plummet again :p
