Hi, was taking my becm out the other day, and noticed this connected to it? It has a red and black wire (probably neg and pos) and has been spliced into a few wires and was just wondering if anybody knew what it was, Thanks, Sam

No its on air, but is on lpg so could it be anything to do with that? It connected to the wire on the left of the fusebox, and the one on the left of that, and some wires on one of the connectors have been cut but put the cover back on now so dont know which ones, Sam

the connection to the left of the fusebox is 12V+ ignition powered and the one to the left of that (At the end) is Negative (Ground).
Without details of wire colours that have been spliced into, can't do much without that info.

Looks to me like a mic for a mobile phone hands free kit.

Thats exactly what i was going to suggest, only other thing it could really be is part of an aftermarket alarm system but more likely to be the mic for a phone kit :5biamwithstupid:
