Its already in the country so no shipping.
Obviously needs lots of work and its petrol.
What would this sell for in the UK?
Its running and driving, runs strong.

Or should I run away? HELP

Difficult to say without more detail but the key issue is the chassis/bulkhead/cross member condition. Engines are economical to replace, chassis isn`t unless you do it yourself. Given that nowhere in the Bahamas is far from the sea I`d be more concerned than usual about corrosion
Assuming those are okay, with a tropical roof (which it has), running well, road legal, good MOT and history showing well looked after, my gut feel is about £1500 round where I live in the soft South East, 2000 if its better than it looks, 1000 if worse but still with the plus points above.
As a guide I spent £4500 on restoring my 109 over a period of years and sold it for £1500 a couple of years ago, and it was in (way) better condition than the one in the photo. Since then UK values for series 3`s seem to have recovered a bit but there are absolutely no guarantees, it still needs a willing seller and a willing buyer and a lot of luck to get a decent price.
ps cute spaniel as well.

Thats kinda what I was thinking.

He wants a bit more but I have to remember that the vehicle is already in the Bahamas.
AND i can get parts for a series out of the USA. Lot easier than the UK.
All the parts for my D90 comes out of the UK. Freight is very expensive even though the parts are quite inexpensive.

If he's got to get rid of it then just offer silly money see what he says always raise it a bit if he laughs at you
