Used the d3 to tow my sisters off the road after she crashed into the hedge in the snow !

Every time I drive it I'm more and more impressed with the electronic power management it's just incredible what it'll do :)

I have one its amazing

Here is the ebay item number:- 170936666918 I can't remember if I bought the bigger or smaller sheet, but you will need to cut it to shape etc, you need to clean under the bonnet very well as it won't stick unless you do! I would get the bigger sheet the guy has though as you can use it all over the landy!!

Just put it on today, and still need to put intercooler and brakes back on, so am not sure on my 300tdi, on a mates 200tdi it made quite a big difference in the cab! So I would imagine would be around the same for the 300tdi

Just noticed I'd quoted the wrong post  nevermind. Fitted a td5 style washer jet thingymabob and it makes a fair bit of difference over my old crappy one which seems to have a mind of its own

Swore at it. Wouldn't start - battery 1/2 charged. Volvo started but can't get out cos the landie is in the way....

And swearing at it didnt work?! I always thought that was the LR approved way to fix absolutely anything.

Determined to get my rear seat belt fitted tonight so that my passengers dont get thrown about like a cheap date on prom night.

nought to it today other then drive it. Planned a bit of laning on sunday in kent, few lanes near me my mate has scouted out on his OS map. Have a look in the afternoon for something to do :D

Maybe I didn't use the right swear words...sh-t! Still charging; buggar! Only half way
Ah well; a nice glass of Highland Park and half bottle of wine in with the beef.
Hope you got yer seat belt in (wouldn't want them to think you think they are cheap) but if not then just tell them it's the Landrover experience and people pay good money to be thrown around in a landy :5bcheers2:

Swapped out the old exhaust today , replaced it with a straight through later 300tdi version. Now need to alter a bracket :(

Then took it for a spin to find out i had slush for fuel
Didnt know what was wrong :pound:

changed both front discs and callipers. got the bearins out of the drivers side hub and then realised I didn't need to touch the bearinga as they were new Timkins, that had only been fitted end of Oct  So back in they went :D and I now have 4 spare Timkin wheel bearing.

Bad light has stopped play. and I've got a bit of air still in the syatem as pedal goes to floor then goes hard on 2nd attempt. That or a leaky connection :( too dark to see now though.
