put a new set of bottom shock bushes/washers and nut on the n/s/f (thought it was'nt riding very well most of the last laning trip):D
then took the old girl down onto west moor (did'nt want to go laning tomorrow with shinny new tyres :D) those bfg's were awsome , might have to get some more weekend work done and get another pair for the front

Nice new cubby box fitted! Complete with holding area for my frappucino while I'm driving along.

Misjudged a turning and drove into a wall (only scraped it), managed to bend edge of bumper until bumper end cap was catching tyre (frick the standard Disco bumper is cr@p:mad:), broke the indicater lens and scraped a bit of the wing ... a bit of brute force later and she was drivable. Am so annoyed at myself at a silly little mistake, but at least I won't be bored tomorrow when I take the ****ty bumper off and bin it.

Went to the local Historic Military vehicle 'Overlord' show and got me an ex-Army, lockable steel toolbox which I have just bolted securely to the RH wheel arch in the hard top's load area. Tres 'andy, no?

Not bad for a tenner ;)

took the old 90 laning with the other sash guys , well impressed with the new rubber cant fault um
just loading a couple of video's atm will post 1 in a bit

Drove it the 18 or so miles to B&Q in Perth to get some wood for my camper conversion...............Only to realise I had left my wallet behind

But it did give me a great opportunity to take some measurements to see exactly what I'll need. 1 - 48"x96" sheet of 18mm plywood will suffice for everything (with a couple of bits of trim and a couple of hinges and some varnish, wood stain or paint.)
