Well.. seeing as 2 mates went to Salisbury plain last night and reported that all is dry and the good weather is still here for the weekend...I've decided to get on with more welding...
So today, I cut off the sill top, which had a couple of rust holes, to see the sill full of mud, this due to a hole right on the sill front, behind the wheel.
the rest of the sill is pretty solid.
then, took the front wing off, so i can repair a hole on the floor and weld some plates on the inner wings

thats why we havent seen him on here for a while hes been rushing round doing all those pm's:doh: :doh: thought PM was private message ffs.... thats where ive been goin wrong then
