Fitted new indicator units on me 90, lowered the headlight beam, disconnected the roof spotlights for MOT tomorow, why do I feel positive? This ain't normal..
 
why have you disconnected the roof spots? they are extra lighting so shouldn't be included in the test unless they are connected to the high beam at which point they will only fail if they are incompletely working i.e. a bulb out. there is no test for aim with high beam on standard headlights it's only the old sealed beam and some american headlights that are tested on high beam iirc.
 
Filled all the holes dings and dents in preparation for paint.

And I've sorted the lights and horn. Booked an MOT for the 10th of March. Might just be done by then.

Me wagon passed her MOT with a clean sheet!! Happy days :)
The inspector matey was having a fun time with the smoke test ah think, did the usual 3 revs and heard him laughing as his workshop filled with black smoke. It sounded great though!!!

Started messing with the rust blisters on the corner of my bulk head
oops small hole, Then tried to fit the replacement fron pipe to find something is not right :( see exhaust bodge
 
fitting a recon turbo to the disco and front spot lamps cleaned out the intercooler and inlet manifold, cleaned all the turbo pipes and will be fitting a turbo boost guage iin the morning happy evening in the workshop in -5 got the fire and good music but cant enjoy a (needed)beer as I have to go and get my sister n a bit
