ha ha,no probs.you can look or post on here 24/7.but you have a switch on the gearbox called the xyz switch,it is possibly that which is faulty.did it go in gear before the pressure wash???

The truck was perfect till I went 4x4 riding for the first time in my life .. It was so much fun I can't wait to go again ! All was good fun the next morning I woke to start power washing my truck after I was dun my truck never sounded rite no warning lights just limp mode ..
ok,one more thing.PLEASE do not call your landy a TRUCK.call it by it's name,ie my disco.you will get flamed for calling it a truck..ok it sounds like you have got water into the xyz switch.try leaving it to dry out.or take it off and dry it out.look in the search box on the top of the page, just type in xyz switch removal.see what comes up.ok.
My linkage line I loosing the nut to slide it off .. It won't move yet I sprayed my plug to the xyz switch because someone said it worked for him on YouTube can't I just take the air hose and hit while it is place still ??

what have you sprayed it with??.yes you can try the airline.but it might not get inside the switch.it could be other things as well, but that switch is a common problem.
Also I don't call it that a truck unless it's around the kids .. Lol the wife says mine is rover rover move over I know it's the best of the best I'm going to dump a lot of money in to it I luv personalizing my Disco2 I replaced the brake system 99% razed it 4" wit a off road package n much more by next year
ok,we like piccy's on here,we do we do.lol.
yes you will put money into it,i know i have in mine but it is in the w/shop now having the chassis welded up as that is a big problem with them here in the UK.is yours on the ACE SYSTEM,or is yours on airbags etc.
I spayed it wit jb blaster the best of the best sprays all my life iv used it .. I know it could be other things but rite now I'm working on it with no money involved till I know for sure that I have to buy something for it I'll try to take it off n air it out this weekend
I took all the air stuff off and installed new shock n springs witch added a 4" lift
ok,never heard of that product,is it the same as wd40,if so it wont work as a releasing agent.try another release agent for that.wd40 is great as a water dispersant and sealer against water ingress.
Ok yeah I DONT know what the ACE system was I was thinking your saying the air bag in the pre springs before I replaced em with new ones
ok.lets get this in order hey.the airbags are the suspension and you have replaced them.ok.but the ACE means it is ACTIVE CORNERING ENHANCEMENT,ie it stops body roll when cornering.under the bonnet(hood),the reservoir that you put the power steering fluid in,has it got one or two black caps on it??
Ok I'll have to get some cans of wd40 then what if I shrink wraped all my plugs after I'm dun spaying n working on the electrical system would that be ok to prevent future problems
One black cap .. I'm going to see if I can get it added next year though cuz of the 4 more inches I'm adding to it .. Lol 2" body lift n 2" spring lift
water/dampness will get in anywhere.personally i would not shrink wrap them as you will get condensation in there,or will hold water if they get wet.just use wd40 everytime you go off road.plus with it being a petrol engine you will have more probs than a diesel engine as they can go under water with a snorkel fitted.
Ok NO shrink wrap even though it's not a diesel I can still put on a snork kit can't i .. I hope so
