Converted from hardtop to truck cab and my old man built me a bespoke swing away wheel carrier, which was rather good of him

Made the patches for BB to weld onto me 110 and fitted me dog guard.

We has a very good relationship with local fabricators. Where they let us raid their skip everytime we need some metal. Have got a decent stack of "bits" some as big as 6ft by 8". but most around 12" to 24" in size, of varying thicknesses from 1.0mm to 10mm thick. they are a godsend at times like this. We've even had a set of steel shelves out of their skip. That they were throwing away.which unfortunate bit of machinery is now missing that.

i remember you telling us about that a few weeks ago,nice thing to have innit.
Put a bit of business their way and always offer to pay for what we rummage out their skip.....they always say 'don't worry'
Mind you we might be better of welding the skip to the underside of Pikeys Landy....
