I'm way to lazy to do all that work so a couple of days ago I peeled back the headliner above the drivers seat and sprayed in some adhesive, gave it a few minutes and smoothed it back into position. Worked a treat but I guess we'll see how long it lasts.

Some day I might do the same for the passengers but for now nobody sitting in those seats is tall enough for it to be a problem. :p
I spoke too soon. :(
Got in the car this morning and the roof liner was sagging on me bonce again.
I suspect I'll need to remove the powdered foam this time.

Failed MOT and trying to find away to get the ball joint back in I'm so close to the screws but I'm not strong at the last push. Help please.

I am half tempted
You have been lucky or unlucky tbh
I have changed a few arms but never because of a ball joint
Always corrosion on the arms

If I understand correctly you can't get the balljoint fixing bolts in??

Loosen the arm at the front and rear bush.
Let it drop down a bit.
Bolt on the ball joint.
Angle the ball joint thread to the same angle as the hole in hub.
Push hub in and swing arm and ball joint thread up into the hub.

If you have fitted the ball joint to the hub first you will not do it !!

New one on me
Indicator bulb out N/S rear
New bulb no luck one more new bulb no good
Have a good look around the holder all pristine clean 🤔
Desperately I took the other side holder out and disco a
Working indicator 🤷‍♂️
I genuinely can see or understand why it as failed

I've had this a few times. I remedied it by bending the contacts in the holder a bit. I think they go a bit soft or less springy over time. The first time I had it I was swapping bulbs over and checking fuses etc but realised when swapping holders over that it was a holder issue.
