Had a spending spree. GKN driveshaft, hub nut, ATF fluid, fuel filter and drivers window regulator.

If the ATF-U is coming from the supplier I linked, then you'll have that before Friday.
I've just placed a £170 order for the parts needed to do my FL2 cylinder head change.

Costs yes, although I've replaced all the brakes too, which wasn't strictly necessary, but I'm OCD on brakes.
Absolutely, although my wife doesn't always agree, which causes "debates" on occasion.

Fuel pressure sensor harness changed in the hope that it cures the rough idle at start up, particularly in the mornings. I'm not convinced but in playing about with the RonBox today (which is normally off due to it making the engine noisy and smokey) I've noticed hardly any black smoke now when accelerating hard. That's one bonus. Probably should have changed the harness a long time ago!
Fingers crossed that it sorts the wobbly idle as my next point of investigation will probably be the injectors.

Found a fuel station with fuel so put some in. Not too much mind you!!!
I visited 5 petrol stations between St Ives and Fraddon in the small hours of Tuesday morning, and all were out of fuel.
Strangely the cheap petrol station in St Austell had petrol and diesel on Tuesday morning at 8am, and no queue to get in either, very odd.
I asked if they had been open all the time, the cashier said they'd not run out of fuel, but did get 2 deliveries a day through the whole shortage period.
I would normally fuel up there, as I currently work in St Austell, although as I've just got another job, I'll not go near this particular petrol station so often now.

Replaced all the vacuum hoses that I had already replaced with rubber and cotton covered (which went porous) with 3.2mm silicone vacuum pipe. 2m did all the cotton hoses and cost about £6.
Hopefully brakes and power will now stay working as they should!
