just replaced vac pipework, cleaned all the sap off it from where its been parked under a tree for a month by the P.O and generally given it a once over.

And just struggled like hell trying to get the hardtop off with the roofbars fitted

off to take the kids to the beach it in now!

Fitted some extra lights to the rear for reversing in the dark Norwegian winters. Also fitted a chrome exhaust finisher, a bit chav, I know, but I do like it.

How long will they last with a good snow drift?
Did you put them in with relays or A wire straight off the existing lights?

I think it's good to have better reverse lights, but mines higher up :)

Don't know, the weather does not get that bad here on the west coast.. ;)
Complete new wires, switch in the cockpit and power directly from the battery. :)

Looks good! Was it hard to do?
Any photos from other angles?

hardest part is cutting the grey bumper and making a patch from the cut-out part to fit the hole, then melting the plastic so it sticks and has no cracks and stays flat. at the end it loses it's texture in that area.

all pictures of my DIY's are on my photobucket account, it's public.

went to fuel station and filled up lol with super plus derv

did well put 60 ltre in her last time, and did 709 miles before i refilled (and fuel light was not even on :) )

Pulled off the bit of mud and grass I acquired in my rear lashing points at lz10 nearly 2 months ago really should wash it again!

Fitted a new turbo. All I can say is that whilst I am glad I did it, you do need the patience of a saint to tackle it. Just getting to the various nuts and jubilee clips took ages.

Whilst doing it, I also spotted a weeping water pump :-(

Replaced the power steering fluid (looked black and old) went to collect a winch with it and on the way back noticed I had no brake lights I.e another new switch needed

Made a false floor for the boot as I've got a sub in the fish bowl and didn't want the dogs jumping all over it.

On the lookout for a cheap dog guard now
