Decided to treat my V6 to some wind deflectors. Easy to fit, functional and look good :)

Thats a good price, cheapest I found a few weeks back was £25. I was looking for 3 door ones thoug. I'll have another look on the bay next month. I have just bought a fob for my freelander and am having that re-programmed to the car tomorrow. another £50 quid spent! Although I'm sure having the fob will be worth it.

I paid £26 inc p&p for the set of 4 which I think is more than reasonable. I don't understand why 2 slightly longer ones would be so much in comparison?

Fitted 2 rear side cargo net from land rover. I had 2 from aldi/ lidl but they did not last much more than a year when the elastic perished. But the lr ones look more robust. Got them from rimmer bros for about £25 ish.

Handy things. I had a set in my 50th anniversary model but stupidly left them in it when I sold it :(

What do you guys think about fitting some rear tints to a 3 door with a hard back? I cant imagine it's easy to fit window tints but its gonna be about 150 quid saving. I've had window tints fitted before and I do like them. I can get the backseat windows, hardback windows and rear tailgate window for 30 quid pre cut. I'd have thought the hardest part of window tinting would have been cutting it?

Unless you have done tints many times, I reckon it's best left to the pros. They look good though ;)

They should have cost more but they were reduced from £28.00 i think.

Just gave mine a full service, all oils and filters. Forgot to buy a pollen filter though.

Next job is to source a pair of wishbones and associated bushes to replace existing.

I think I need a new wishbone. Do you have a light ish knock when you go over bumps and does it sometime feel as though the knock come up the steering column when going over a heavier bump?.

That can be, ARB links, track rod ends or lower ball joint.

Thanks nodge. Track rod ends are new and the knock was there before change over. So maybe arn links/bush? Or lower ball joint. The lower ball joint is the one that is bolted to the wish bone yeah?. So it is only that bit which needs changing and not the whole thing.

The lower ball joint is hot riveted into the lower wishbone. A replacement ball joint is available to replace a failed joint. You drill out (hard work) or grind off the rivet heads and punch out the waist so the new joint can be bolted in.
The shocks can knock too but the isn't that common.
