And that is the whole point of all of this work with elderly and needy vehicles... We build a relationship with them through the work that we do. Some of my classics and the F1 now too!! Have had my fingers on every nut and bolt. I feel very uncomfortable driving something I don't understand and something I wouldn't be able to fix or at least understand the fault!! I keep many of my old cars for ages then sell them when I run out of space. I had a 1983 XR2 for 25 yrs and a Ford 100e that was in the family from new in 1957 till sold in 1980. Not going to even think about electric until bit more proven. I predict scrap yards full of 5-10 Yr old vehicles with knackered batteries. Just like laptops.... How environmental is that!! Haven't seen an Avenger on the road for yonks. Where in SE were you Nodge? We moved from Woodley, Reading. Love it here.I find I develop an attachment to them
